Publishers created their own software, or they use freeware and post it on their web sites. The users of software agreed to 3-d party advertisements, this way we can add toolbars to the freeware that our publishers provide to their users. We only work with toolbars that we think will benefit users’ surfing experience and make certain things faster and more enjoyable.
